Return Eligibility
You may return items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Sale items (unless specified)

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
